  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5622, to House File 2549, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 29, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  Section 262.9, Code Supplement 1999, is
  1  7 amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1  8    NEW SUBSECTION.  30.  Limit each institution of
  1  9 higher learning under the board to the provision of
  1 10 sabbaticals for not more than four and one-half
  1 11 percent of the institution's eligible employees."
  1 12    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
