  1  1    Amend House File 2552, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 23, line 23, by striking the words "one
  1  4 hundred percent of the" and inserting the following:
  1  5 "eighty percent of the salary".
  1  6    #2.  Page 23, line 25, by inserting after the word
  1  7 "chapter" the following:  "and an additional amount
  1  8 for the division's costs to enforce this chapter
  1  9 which, for all licensees, shall not exceed thirty
  1 10 thousand dollars".
  1 11    #3.  By striking page 23, line 31 through page 24,
  1 12 line 6 and inserting the following:  "the commission
  1 13 plus the cost of salaries for no more than two special
  1 14 agents and no more than four gaming enforcement
  1 15 officers for each excursion gambling boat for the
  1 16 division of criminal investigation's excursion
  1 17 gambling boat activities and an amount for all
  1 18 licensees, not to exceed one hundred twenty-five
  1 19 thousand dollars, representing other associated costs
  1 20 of the division, as the basis for determining the
  1 21 amount of revenue to be raised from the license fees
  1 22 and admission fees.  The division's".
  1 23    #4.  Page 24, line 7, by striking the words "one
  1 24 hundred" and inserting the following:  "eighty".
  1 25    #5.  Page 24, line 8, by striking the words "and
  1 26 sixty-five," and inserting the following:  "and sixty-
  1 27 five".
  1 28    #6.  Page 24, line 9, by striking the words "one
  1 29 hundred" and inserting the following:  "eighty".
  1 30    #7.  Page 24, line 9, by striking the word "salary"
  1 31 and inserting the following:  "salary".
  1 32    #8.  Page 24, by striking lines 11 and 12 and
  1 33 inserting the following:  "laws and rules adopted by
  1 34 the commission."
  1 35    #9.  Page 24, line 16, by striking the words "one
  1 36 hundred percent of the" and inserting the following:
