  1  1    Amend House File 2560, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 17, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 422.45, Code Supplement 1999,
  1  6 is amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  12B.  The gross receipts from the
  1  8 sale of bottled, or otherwise packaged, water for
  1  9 human consumption including, but not limited to,
  1 10 distilled, effervescent, noneffervescent, soda, and
  1 11 mineral water."
  1 12    #2.  Title page, line 9, by inserting after the
  1 13 word "purposes," the following:  "and a sales and use
  1 14 tax exemption for the sale of bottled and other
  1 15 packaged water for human consumption,".
