  1  1    Amend House File 2552, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 25, line 8, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "review." the following:  "If the commissioner
  1  5 establishes by rule a fee for the performance of a
  1  6 building plan review by the department, the
  1  7 commissioner shall also provide by rule that the
  1  8 failure of the department to approve or disapprove a
  1  9 building plan review within sixty days of submission
  1 10 of the plan shall be deemed to be an approval of the
  1 11 plan."
