  1  1    Amend House File 2549, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 39, by inserting after line 12 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 262.9, Code Supplement 1999, is
  1  6 amended by adding the following new subsection:
  1  7    NEW SUBSECTION.  30.  Limit each institution of
  1  8 higher learning under the board to the provision of
  1  9 sabbaticals for not more than four and one-half
  1 10 percent of the institution's eligible employees."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
