  1  1    Amend Senate File 2453 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 8, by inserting after line 6 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "   .  For allocation to the state university of
  1  5 Iowa, Iowa state university of science and technology,
  1  6 and the university of northern Iowa to reimburse the
  1  7 institutions for deficiencies in their operating funds
  1  8 resulting from the pledging of tuitions, student fees
  1  9 and charges, and institutional income to finance the
  1 10 cost of providing academic and administrative
  1 11 buildings and facilities and utility services at the
  1 12 institutions:

  1 14    2.  By numbering, renumbering, and correcting
  1 15 internal references as necessary.
