  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-5450, to House File 2565, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 9, and inserting the
  1  5 following:  "assembly and all public elementary and
  1  6 secondary school buildings smoke-free environments.""
  1  7    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 9, the
  1  8 following:
  1  9    "#   .  Page 10, line 2, by striking the word
  1 10 "parents,".
  1 11    #   .  Page 10, line 3, by striking the word
  1 12 "schools," and inserting the following:  "schools by
  1 13 providing a smoke-free environment, and shall involve
  1 14 parents"."
