  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 6, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "state." the following:  "In demonstrating a firm
  1  5 commitment to this partnership and in order to provide
  1  6 a positive model for youth, specifically, and the
  1  7 people of Iowa, in general, the general assembly and
  1  8 the executive branch shall declare the general
  1  9 assembly a smoke-free environment."
