  1  1    Amend Senate File 2447 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 9, by striking lines 12 through 15 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "b.  For a project that has previously received
  1  5 assistance under the program, unless the applicant
  1  6 demonstrates either of the following:
  1  7    (1)  The assistance would be used for a significant
  1  8 expansion of a project.
  1  9    (2)  The project has a particular international or
  1 10 global focus that could result in broader recognition
  1 11 of the state's recreational or educational
  1 12 prominence."
