  1  1    Amend Senate File 2447 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 30 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "0A.  "Community incentive designation" means a
  1  5 designation achieved by an applicant which has
  1  6 satisfied all of the criteria provided in section
  1  7 15F.303, subsection 3, and, in addition, has
  1  8 demonstrated local or private financial or
  1  9 nonfinancial support in an amount equal to two-thirds
  1 10 of any amount, up to fifty million dollars, requested
  1 11 by the applicant above seventy-five million dollars."
  1 12    #2.  Page 9, by striking lines 12 through 15 and
  1 13 inserting the following:
  1 14    "b.  For a project that has previously received
  1 15 assistance under the program, unless the applicant
  1 16 demonstrates either of the following:
  1 17    (1)  The assistance would be used for a significant
  1 18 expansion of a project.
  1 19    (2)  The project has a particular international or
  1 20 global focus that could result in broader recognition
  1 21 of the state's recreational or educational prominence
  1 22 or the applicant achieves a community incentive
  1 23 designation."
  1 24    #3.  Page 13, line 18, by striking the word "An",
  1 25 and inserting the following:  "Except for an applicant
  1 26 who has achieved a community incentive designation,
  1 27 an".
  1 28    #4.  By renumbering as necessary.
