  1  3    #1.  Page 25, by inserting after line 3 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  an assignment of a claim or right to receive
  1  6 any of the following:
  1  7    (1)  compensation for injuries or sickness as
  1  8 provided in 26 U.S.C. } 104(a)(1) or (2).
  1  9    (2)  benefits under a special needs trust as
  1 10 provided in 42 U.S.C. } 1396p(d)(4)."
  1 11    #2.  By relettering as necessary.
