  1  1    Amend Senate File 2252, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 2 through 26 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "amended to read as follows:
  1  5    SEC. 135.  Chapter 257, Code 2001 and Code
  1  6 Supplement 2001, is repealed effective July 1, 2001
  1  7 2002."
  1  8    #2.  Title page, line 1, by striking the words
  1  9 "eliminating the future" and inserting the following:
  1 10 "delaying the".
  1 11    #3.  Title page, line 2, by striking the words "and
  1 12 providing for periodic legislative review".
