  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 4, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "incentives." the following:  "As a component of the
  1  5 study, the department shall invite the Iowa high
  1  6 school athletic association and the Iowa girls high
  1  7 school athletic union to submit for consideration any
  1  8 information or advice for the elimination of sports-
  1  9 related barriers to reorganization."
