  1  2    #1.  Page 2, line 23, by striking the word
  1  3 "brought" and inserting the following:  "filed".
  1  4    #2.  Page 3, by inserting after line 22 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "5.  In any case where this section has become
  1  7 operative, the provisions of section 648.18 shall not
  1  8 apply."
  1  9    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
