  1  1    Amend House File 2090, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  Section 456A.21, subsection 3,
  1  6 unnumbered paragraph 1, Code Supplement 1999, is
  1  7 amended to read as follows:
  1  8    3.  The fund shall be used exclusively to support
  1  9 the management and enhancement of forests, including
  1 10 woodlands or timber stands in this state, on private
  1 11 lands in cooperation with the owners of those lands.
  1 12 The forestry personnel supported in whole or part from
  1 13 proceeds of the fund shall be assigned to forestry
  1 14 management duties only.  The department shall use
  1 15 moneys in the fund to support the following full-time
  1 16 equivalent positions in addition to those supported
  1 17 from the general fund of the state:"
