  1  1    Amend House File 772, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 18, by inserting after line 18 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "___.  Of the amount appropriated in this
  1  6 subsection for each fiscal year, up to $500,000 may be
  1  7 used to provide assistance for the dredging of and
  1  8 improvements to Easter lake.  This assistance shall be
  1  9 provided on a matching basis of one dollar of state
  1 10 funds for every dollar contributed by a source other
  1 11 than the state."
  1 12    2.  By renumbering as necessary.
