  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3505, to House File 772, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "program." the following:  "The department of
  1  6 agriculture and land stewardship, in consultation with
  1  7 the department of natural resources, shall annually
  1  8 establish a prioritized list of watersheds that are of
  1  9 the highest importance to the state's water quality.
  1 10 The watershed protection program shall, to the extent
  1 11 practical, target for assistance those watersheds on
  1 12 the prioritized list."
