  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3479, to House File 656, as
  1  2 passed by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 26, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "elections." the following:  "However, for any state
  1  5 primary election, general election, or other partisan
  1  6 election, if during such election any voters in any
  1  7 polling place in the county must wait at least thirty
  1  8 minutes to cast a ballot, the polls shall be required
  1  9 to remain open until 9 p.m. at every polling place in
  1 10 the county at the next following state primary
  1 11 election, general election, or other partisan
  1 12 election."
