  1  1    Amend House File 769, as passed by the House, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking line 19 and inserting the
  1  4 following:  "estate for five years from the date the
  1  5 declaration submitting the parcel to a horizontal
  1  6 property regime was recorded or as long as the
  1  7 apartment is used for human habitation, whichever date
  1  8 occurs the earlier.  Following that date, the
  1  9 apartment shall be classified as required under
  1 10 section 499B.11, subsection 1."
