  1  1    Amend the House amendment, S-3392, to Senate File
  1  2 460, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 45 the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 9, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  7 following:
  1  8    "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
  1  9 sum of $95,000 and 2 full-time equivalent positions be
  1 10 transferred from the department of economic
  1 11 development to the office of governor for the fiscal
  1 12 year beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30, 2001,
  1 13 to fund the volunteerism office.""
