  1  5    #2.  Page 69, by inserting after line 17 the
  1  6 following:
  1  7    "Sec.    .  Section 514I.8, subsection 2, paragraph
  1  8 c, Code 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1  9    c.  Is a member of a family whose adjusted gross
  1 10 income does not exceed one two hundred eighty-five
  1 11 percent of the federal poverty level, as defined in 42
  1 12 U.S.C. } 9902(2), including any revision required by
  1 13 such section.
  1 14    Sec.    .  Section 514I.10, subsection 2, Code
  1 15 1999, is amended to read as follows:
  1 16    2.  Cost sharing for eligible children whose family
  1 17 adjusted gross income is between one hundred fifty
  1 18 percent and one two hundred eighty-five percent of the
  1 19 federal poverty level shall include a premium or
  1 20 copayment amount which is at least a minimum amount
  1 21 but which does not exceed five percent of the annual
  1 22 family adjusted gross income.  The amount of the
  1 23 premium or the copayment amount shall be based on a
  1 24 sliding fee scale established by rule which is based
  1 25 on family adjusted gross income and the size of the
  1 26 family."
