  1  1    Amend Senate File 287, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 1 through 33.
  1  4    #2.  Page 4, by striking lines 16 through 21 and
  1  5 inserting the following:
  1  6    "Sec.    .  Section 235A.15, subsection 2,
  1  7 paragraph f, Code 1999, is amended by adding the
  1  8 following new unnumbered paragraph:
  1  9    NEW UNNUMBERED PARAGRAPH.  To an individual who is
  1 10 requesting information on a specific case of child
  1 11 abuse which resulted in a child fatality or near
  1 12 fatality."
  1 13    #3.  Title page, lines 1 and 2, by striking the
  1 14 words "foster home damages,".
  1 15    #4.  By renumbering, relettering, or redesignating
  1 16 and correcting internal references as necessary.
