  1  1    Amend Senate File 470 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 12, by striking lines 23 through 25 and
  1  3 inserting the following:
  1  4    "Sec. 17.  APPLICABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE.  This
  1  5 Act, being deemed of immediate importance, takes
  1  6 effect upon enactment.  Section 13 of this Act,
  1  7 enacting new section 56.15B, shall".
  1  8    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
