  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 39 through 41, and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "be tried as in an action by
  1  6 ordinary proceedings.  The appraisement of damages by
  1  7 the compensation commission is admissible in the
  1  8 action.""
