  1  1    Amend House File 461, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the House, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, line 15 by inserting after the words
  1  4 "the mortgage" the following:  "and a copy of a
  1  5 certified letter to the mortgagor postmarked at least
  1  6 thirty days prior to the transfer of the mortgage
  1  7 notifying the mortgagor of the impending transfer of
  1  8 such mortgage and the identity of the transferee".
  1  9    #2.  Page 1, line 28, by inserting after the word
  1 10 "assignment" the following:  "or a copy of the
  1 11 certified letter notifying the mortgagor of the
  1 12 transfer".
  1 13    #3.  By renumbering or relettering as necessary.
