For the funding of technology upgrades in the 1 13 office of governor and lieutenant governor: 1 14 .................................................. $ 45,000" 1 15 #6. Page 9, line 1, by striking the figure 1 16 "20,000" and inserting the following: "45,000". 1 17 #7. Page 9, line 3, by inserting after the word 1 18 "commerce." the following: "The funds received from 1 19 civil damages collected by the alcoholic beverages 1 20 division shall be used to fund the appropriation in 1 21 this subsection only after the appropriation from such 1 22 civil penalties as provided in section 14, subsection 1 23 4, and section 28, subsection 2 of this Act, are fully 1 24 satisfied." 1 25 #8. Page 15, by inserting after line 18 the 1 30 following: 1 31 "Of the funds appropriated in this subsection, the 1 32 sum of $30,000 is appropriated from funds in the 1 33 general fund of the state received from civil 1 34 penalties collected by the alcoholic beverages 1 35 division of the department of commerce. The funds 1 36 received from civil damages collected by the alcoholic 1 37 beverages division shall be used first to fund the 1 38 appropriation provided in this subsection. 1 39 Notwithstanding section 123.53, subsection 5, of the 1 40 civil penalties collected by the alcoholic beverages 1 41 division of the department of commerce during the 1 42 fiscal year beginning July 1, 1998, and ending June 1 43 30, 1999, the sum of $30,000 shall not be expended, 1 44 obligated, or encumbered for any other purpose than 1 45 provided for in this subsection." 1 46 #11. Page 24, line 19, by inserting after the word 1 47 "commerce." the following: "The funds received from 1 48 civil damages collected by the alcoholic beverages 1 49 division shall be used to fund the appropriation in 1 50 this subsection only after the appropriation from such 2 1 civil penalties as provided in section 14, subsection 2 2 4, is fully satisfied." 2 3 #12.
