1 1 Amend Senate File 460 as follows:
1 2 #1. Page 19, by inserting after line 19 the
1 3 following:
1 4 "It is the intent of the general assembly that the
1 5 Iowa public employees' retirement system division
1 6 reissue its request for proposal for a headquarters
1 7 office building acquisition. It is also the intent of
1 8 the general assembly that the Iowa public employees'
1 9 retirement system division's request for proposal for
1 10 a headquarters office acquisition continue to include
1 11 general mandatory requirements and evaluation
1 12 criteria. The evaluation criteria shall include
1 13 categories of cost, access to the state capitol and
1 14 the state of Iowa personnel department, other site
1 15 location criteria, and timing for purchase, with not
1 16 more than 2 percent of the total point evaluation
1 17 attributable to the second listed category. Any
1 18 subject matter relating to evaluation criteria
1 19 categories 2 and 3 shall be prohibited from being
1 20 classified under general mandatory requirements and
1 21 any mandatory requirements established shall be
1 22 reported to the chairpersons, vice chairpersons, and
1 23 ranking members of the joint appropriations
1 24 subcommittee on administration and regulation."
