  1  1    Amend Senate File 424 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 6, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  Section 4 of this Act,
  1  5 amending 1998 Iowa Acts, chapter 1212, being deemed of
  1  6 immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment."
  1  7    #2.  Title page, line 6, by inserting after the
  1  8 word "moneys" the following:  "and an effective date".
  1  9    #3.  By renumbering as necessary.
