  1  1    Amend Senate File 316 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 1, by inserting after line 33 the
  1  3 following:
  1  4    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  256.67A  INSURANCE
  1  5 ELIGIBILITY.
  1  6    Personnel employed by a regional library shall be
  1  7 considered state employees for purposes of eligibility
  1  8 for receiving employee health and dental insurance as
  1  9 provided to state employees by the department of
  1 10 personnel."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering and correcting internal
  1 12 references as necessary.
