  1  1    Section 1.  Section 99F.1, subsection 9, Code 1999, is
  1  2 amended to read as follows:
  1  3    9.  "Gambling game" means any game of chance authorized by
  1  4 the commission.  However, for racetrack enclosures, "gambling
  1  5 game" does not include table games of chance, video keno, or a
  1  6 video machines machine game version of a table or card game.
  1  7 "Gambling game" does not include sports betting.  
  1  8                           EXPLANATION
  1  9    This bill provides that a gambling game for a racetrack
  1 10 enclosure does not include table games of chance, video keno,
  1 11 or a video machine game version of a table or card game.
