1 1 Section 1. There is appropriated from the rebuild Iowa
1 2 infrastructure fund to the department of natural resources for
1 3 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2000, and ending June 30,
1 4 2001, the following amount, or so much thereof as is
1 5 necessary, to be used for the purpose designated,
1 6 notwithstanding section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph "c":
1 7 For continuing the establishment and operation of water
1 8 quality monitoring stations:
1 9 .................................................. $ 2,000,000
1 10 EXPLANATION
1 11 This bill makes an appropriation from the rebuild Iowa
1 12 infrastructure fund to the department of natural resources to
1 13 continue the establishment and operation of water quality
1 14 monitoring stations.
