  1  1    Section 1.  Section 96.19, subsection 41, Code 1999, is
  1  2 amended by adding the following new paragraph:
  1  3    NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  A dividend paid to a shareholder of a
  1  4 subchapter S corporation.  
  1  5                           EXPLANATION
  1  6    This bill provides that a dividend paid to a shareholder of
  1  7 a subchapter S corporation shall not be considered wages for
  1  8 purposes of the unemployment compensation chapter.
