1 1 Section 1. There is appropriated from the rebuild Iowa
1 2 infrastructure fund to the department of general services for
1 3 the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1999, and ending June 30,
1 4 2000, the following amount, or so much thereof as is
1 5 necessary, to be used for the purpose designated:
1 6 For major maintenance needs at the Toledo juvenile home:
1 7 .................................................. $ 250,000
1 8 Notwithstanding section 8.33, moneys appropriated in this
1 9 section which remain unobligated or unexpended at the close of
1 10 the fiscal year shall not revert but shall remain available to
1 11 be expended for the purposes designated until the close of the
1 12 succeeding fiscal year.
1 13 EXPLANATION
1 14 This bill makes an appropriation to the department of
1 15 general services from the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund for
1 16 major maintenance needs at the Toledo juvenile home in the
1 17 1999-2000 fiscal year.
