1 2 By Siegrist and Schrader
1 3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
1 4 SENATE CONCURRING, That the joint convention of the
1 5 two houses of the 1999 session of the Seventy-eighth
1 6 General Assembly be held on Wednesday, January 13,
1 7 1999, at 10:00 a.m.; and
1 8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Chief Justice
1 9 McGiverin be invited to present his message of the
1 10 condition of the judicial branch at this convention,
1 11 and recommend such matters as the Chief Justice deems
1 12 expedient, pursuant to section 602.1207 of the Code.
