1 3 #1. Page 17, by inserting after line 21 the
1 4 following:
1 5 "If the amount appropriated in this subsection
1 6 exceeds the amount of marine fuel tax receipts
1 7 deposited into the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund
1 8 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2001, the
1 9 difference between the amount appropriated in this
1 10 subsection from the environment first fund and the
1 11 actual marine fuel tax receipts deposited into the
1 12 rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund is appropriated to
1 13 the rebuild Iowa infrastructure fund from the
1 14 accumulated balance of marine fuel tax receipts in the
1 15 general fund of the state which is tracked by the
1 16 department of management pursuant to section 8.60,
1 17 subsection 14."
