  1  1    Amend House File 2560 as follows:
  1  2    #1.  Page 3, line 15, by inserting after the word
  1  3 "date." the following:  "The total amount of tax
  1  4 credits that may be approved pursuant to this chapter
  1  5 shall not exceed two million dollars in a fiscal year.
  1  6 If the total of the tax credits for all rehabilitation
  1  7 projects that qualify for tax credits exceeds two
  1  8 million dollars in a fiscal year, the department shall
  1  9 grant the tax credits on a pro rata basis so that the
  1 10 total amount of tax credits approved for the fiscal
  1 11 year does not exceed two million dollars."
