1 3 #1. Page 2, line 7, by inserting after the word
1 4 "senate." the following: "However, the member listed
1 5 in subsection 2, paragraph "c" shall not be subject to
1 6 confirmation by the senate."
1 7 #2. Page 2, line 15, by inserting after the word
1 8 "counties." the following: "Three of the members
1 9 listed in subsection 2, paragraphs "a" and "d", shall
1 10 be from a county that has a population of less than
1 11 fifty thousand according to the 1990 census."
1 12 #3. Page 6, by inserting after line 19 the
1 13 following:
1 14 "6. Upon denial of an application for financial
1 15 assistance under the program, the board shall notify
1 16 the applicant regarding the reasons for the denial of
1 17 the application."
