  1  3    #1.  Page 29, by inserting after line 35 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  STUDY.  The legislative council is
  1  6 requested to establish an interim study committee to
  1  7 examine all issues related to school infrastructure
  1  8 financing, including the issue of equity in school
  1  9 infrastructure financing."
