  1  1    Amend Senate File 2447, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 28, by inserting after line 29 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "9.  A school district located in a county which
  1  6 has imposed a sales and services tax for school
  1  7 infrastructure pursuant to section 422E.2 and has
  1  8 sales and services tax revenue of more than five
  1  9 hundred thirteen dollars per pupil shall not be
  1 10 eligible for financial assistance under the program."
