  1  3    #1.  Page 10, line 41, by inserting after the
  1  4 figure "17A.4" the following:  "no later than June 14,
  1  5 2000".
  1  6    #2.  Page 10, line 49, by inserting after the
  1  7 figure "2000." the following:  "Section 11 of this
  1  8 Act, being deemed of immediate importance, takes
  1  9 effect upon enactment."
