  1  1    Amend Senate File 2428, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 17, line 2, by inserting after the word
  1  4 "workforce" the following:  ", including but not
  1  5 limited to the persons with physical or mental
  1  6 disabilities, persons convicted of a crime, or
  1  7 minority persons between the ages of 12 and 25,".
  1  8    #2.  Page 17, line 10, by inserting after the word
  1  9 "training," the following:  "career interest inventory
  1 10 assessments, employability skills assessment,".
  1 11    #3.  Page 17, line 16, by inserting after the word
  1 12 "criteria" the following:  ", eligible populations,
  1 13 and services to implement the intent of this section".
