  1  1    Amend Senate File 2435, as amended, passed, and
  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 38, by inserting after line 2 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "   .  Of the funds appropriated in this section,
  1  6 the department shall transfer $126,848 to the
  1  7 appropriation in this Act for medical assistance to be
  1  8 used for supplemental funding for the costs to
  1  9 increase the medical assistance eligibility limit for
  1 10 infants under the mothers and children category to 200
  1 11 percent of the federal poverty level.  The department
  1 12 shall provide for the transfer amount by reducing the
  1 13 amount for allocation to child welfare funding
  1 14 decategorization projects."
  1 15    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
