1 4 #1. Page 1, by inserting after line 31, the
1 5 following:
1 6 " . "Life science by-product" means a commodity,
1 7 other than a life science product, if the commodity
1 8 derives from the production of a life science product
1 9 and the commodity is not intended or used for human
1 10 consumption."
1 11 #2. Page 2, by striking lines 32 through 42, and
1 12 inserting the following:
1 13 " . The sale of life science products.
1 14 . The sale of cull livestock kept on the
1 15 agricultural land, surplus commodities produced as
1 16 feed for livestock kept on the agricultural land, or
1 17 life science by-products."
1 18 #3. Page 5, by inserting after line 20, the
1 19 following:
1 20 "# . Title page, line 2, by inserting after the
1 21 word "penalties" the following: "and an effective
1 22 date"."
