  1  1    Amend the Senate amendment H-8754, to House File
  1  2 2513, as amended, passed, and reprinted by the House,
  1  3 as follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 2, by inserting after line 24, the
  1  5 following:
  1  6    "#   .  Page 175, by inserting after line 34, the
  1  7 following:  
  1  8                      "DIVISION IV
  1  9                     IMPLEMENTATION
  1 10    Sec.    .  IMPLEMENTATION CONTINGENT UPON
  1 11 APPROPRIATION.  The provisions of this Act affecting
  1 12 the duties and authority of the office of secretary of
  1 13 state shall only be implemented if and when the
  1 14 general assembly appropriates at least three hundred
  1 15 fifty thousand dollars to the office of secretary of
  1 16 state for the purposes of implementing this Act."
  1 17    #   .  Page 175, line 35, by striking the words
  1 18 "DIVISION IV" and inserting the following:  "DIVISION
  1 19 V".
  1 20    #   .  Title page, line 3, by inserting after the
  1 21 word "provisions," the following:  "providing for the
  1 22 implementation of the Act,"."
