  1  1    Amend the amendment, H-8479, to Senate File 2302,
  1  2 as amended, passed, and reprinted by the Senate, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 1, by striking lines 9 through 12, and
  1  5 inserting the following:  "marry, thirty thirty-five
  1  6 dollars, which includes payment for one certified copy
  1  7 of the original certificate of marriage, to be issued
  1  8 following filing of the original certificate of
  1  9 marriage, four dollars of which shall be retained by
  1 10 the county pursuant to subsection 5.  For issuing an".
  1 11    #2.  Page 1, by inserting after line 30, the
  1 12 following:
  1 13    "#   .  Page 11, by inserting after line 20, the
  1 14 following:
  1 15    "Sec.    .  EFFECTIVE DATE.  The sections of this
