  1  2 reprinted by the Senate, as follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 16, by inserting after line 32 the
  1  4 following:
  1  5    "Sec.    .  NEW SECTION.  73A.22  STATE BOARD OF
  1  6 REGENTS CONTRACTS.
  1  7    The state board of regents shall include within all
  1  8 contracts for construction projects a provision which
  1  9 requires the contractor to meet the targeted small
  1 10 business goals pursuant to section 73.16."
  1 11    #2.  By renumbering as necessary.
