1 1 Amend the amendment, H-8583, to Senate File 2302,
1 2 as amended, passed and reprinted by the Senate, as
1 3 follows:
1 4 #1. Page 1, by striking line 3, and inserting the
1 5 following:
1 6 "# . Page 10, line 28, by inserting after the
1 7 word "investigation." the following: "However, the
1 8 medical examiner shall not conduct any activity
1 9 pursuant to this subsection, relating to a homicide or
1 10 other criminally suspicious death, without
1 11 coordinating such activity with the county medical
1 12 examiner, and without obtaining approval of the
1 13 investigating law enforcement agency, the county
1 14 attorney, or any other prosecutorial or law
1 15 enforcement agency of the jurisdiction to conduct such
1 16 activity."
1 17 #2. By renumbering as necessary.
