  1  4    #1.  Page 1, line 5, by striking the figure
  1  5 "4,710,534" and inserting the following:  "5,156,824".
  1  6    #2.  Page 1, by striking lines 23 through 27 and
  1  7 inserting the following:  "economic development."
  1  8    #3.  Page 1, by inserting before line 28 the
  1  9 following:
  1 10    "#   .  Page 2, by striking lines 6 through 12 and
  1 11 inserting the following:
  1 12    "b.  Small business programs
  1 13    For salaries, support, maintenance, and
  1 14 miscellaneous purposes for the small business program,
  1 15 the small business advisory council, and targeted
