  1  3    #1.  Page 12, by striking lines 4 through 14 and
  1  4 inserting the following:  "headed by an administrator
  1  5 appointed by the director.  Each administrator shall
  1  6 serve at the pleasure of the director."
  1  7    #2.  Page 12, by striking lines 24 through 30 and
  1  8 inserting the following:  "by the director.  The
  1  9 administrator shall serve at the pleasure of the
  1 10 director."
