  1  1    Amend Senate File 313, as passed by the Senate, as
  1  2 follows:
  1  3    #1.  Page 1, lines 7 and 8, by striking the words
  1  4 "purple loosestrife (lythrum virgatum),".
  1  5    #2.  Page 1, line 12, by inserting after the word
  1  6 "gardens." the following:  "The county weed
  1  7 commissioner, after approval by the board of
  1  8 supervisors, may issue an order prohibiting the
  1  9 production, sale, or distribution or requiring the
  1 10 destruction of purple loosestrife (lythrum virgatum)
  1 11 in the county."
